Our products are produced by us with handcrafted work using entirely natural materials. Since they are custom-made and unique due to handcrafted work, there may be minor differences in nuances, sometimes due to the naturalness of the material we use and sometimes due to the artisan's touches during sewing. Since the products are not mass-produced, there may be slight differences from the images on the website. Our products are durable for healthy use for many years and are covered by our warranty. Every stage of our production - from material procurement to cutting, from the quality of the thread used to packaging - is controlled by us. • Under the "one-week satisfaction guarantee," customers can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date.
• If the reason for this return is a product defect, www.rexowl.com.tr will provide a new product exchange or a refund without requesting any payment.
• If the reason for the return is dissatisfaction/change of mind, shipping and return fees are borne by the customer. When the product is received by www.rexowl.com, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
• The product and its packaging you wish to return must be undamaged, unused, and sent complete with its original box.

Important Note:Returns are not possible for products prepared with a special order, personalized with text/figures.

What should I do if my order arrives when I'm not at the address?

After your product is handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be sent to you. If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and you will be left a notification. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 business days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to RexOwl. If you want your returned order to be sent again, a shipping fee will be requested, or your order will be shipped to you again with freight collect.
