Our products are produced by us with hand craftsmanship using entirely natural materials. Since each product is custom-made and unique with hand craftsmanship, there might be minor differences in nuances due to the naturalness of the material we use or the craftsman's touches during the sewing process. As the products are not mass-produced, there might be slight variations compared to the images on the website.
Our products are durable for many years of healthy use and are covered by our warranty. Every stage of our production - from material procurement to cutting, from the quality of the thread used to packaging - is controlled by us. However, if you still detect an error or deformation due to manufacturing or delivery, please contact us immediately (info@rexowl.com).
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Important Note: Returns for personalized products prepared to order, customized with engraved text/figures are not possible.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Under the "one-week satisfaction guarantee," customers can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date.
- If the reason for this return is a product defect, www.rexowl.com.tr will provide a new product exchange or a refund without requesting any payment.
- If the reason for the return is dissatisfaction/cancellation, the shipping and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. When the product is received by www.rexowl.com.tr, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The product and its packaging you wish to return must be undamaged, unused, and sent complete with its original box.

What should I do if my order arrives when I'm not at the address?
After your product is handed over to cargo, you will receive a tracking number. If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to a Sürat Kargo branch along with a return code provided to you, and you will be left a notification. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 business days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to RexOwl. If you request your returned order to be resent, a shipping fee will be charged, or your order will be shipped to you again with freight collect.
