Payment Method and Delivery

  • Credit Card (Iyzico)
You can make all your payments by credit card, and if you wish, in up to 12 installments. For credit card payments, we use the reliable Iyzico infrastructure as a virtual POS service. Your information is never stored in our systems, and your payments are processed securely.
  • Bank Transfer/EFT Payment
You can pay for your order via bank transfer. After completing your order by selecting the "Bank Transfer/EFT" option, all you need to do is transfer the total amount to the IBAN account provided to you.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
For personalized orders that involve visuals on the product, engravings, or custom sizes provided by you, our cash on delivery option is not active.
  • Free Shipping
You will not pay any shipping fees for all your domestic purchases of 650₺ or more made on www.rexowl.com.tr.

  • Delivery Time
Your orders are shipped from Manisa within 3-5 business days, and a tracking number is then sent to your email address. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from Manisa, the cargo company will deliver your order within 2-3 days at the latest.
In the event of a setback on our part, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
Your domestic orders will be sent quickly with Yurtiçi Kargo and HepsiJet, and your international orders with UPS Express and DHL Express.

What should I do if my order arrives when I'm not at the address?

After your product is handed over to cargo, you will be sent a tracking number. If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo or Hepsi Jet branch, and a notification will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 business days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to RexOwl. If you wish for your returned order to be resent, a shipping fee will be requested, or your order will be shipped to you as cash on delivery.
